RETURN & REFUND

At RTRO × MIDOKI, we want you to love your purchase! Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order, as our policy differs between RTRO apparel and Midoki collectibles.

1. RTRO Apparel — Made to Order 👕

All RTRO shirts are made to order, especially for you!

Because each shirt is made to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Please check our size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your shirt arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. MIDOKI Products — Returns & Refunds 🎁

Changed your mind about a collectible? We accept eligible return requests for Midoki products within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product remains completely unopened and unused.
  • All original seals and packaging are intact.
  • The item is returned in its original condition.
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Opened or unsealed items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds. This includes collectibles, figures, plushies, trading cards, and other Midoki products where the original packaging or seal has been opened.

Defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or misdescribed products will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, regardless of the change-of-mind return conditions above.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return for an eligible Midoki product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the product
  • A brief explanation of your request
  • Photos of the unopened product and its packaging, if requested

Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending any item back.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible, subject to payment provider processing times and applicable legal requirements.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, the appropriate remedy and shipping arrangements will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
